Well friends, it is the most wonderful time of the year! All the stockings are being hung, and the trees trimmed. I am thrilled to be partnering with Piper Classics this Christmas season to bring you some easy ways to add a few affordable touches to your holiday decor. Decorating your home does not have be overwhelming and expensive, that takes all the fun out of it. The process should be fun and uplifting! Turn some Christmas tunes on and come along with me to a few of my favorite spaces to decorate.
Many people overlook their bedroom when decorating for Christmas. Our bedroom is large enough to have a small living area in it, so my husband and I find ourselves spending a lot of time in there especially when the kids have friends over. I love to make this a cozy space for our whole family to cuddle up. This Merry Christmas sign is one of my favorite pieces from Piper Classics. I had a hard time deciding between our bedroom and our front porch, but that is the great thing about investing in quality Christmas decorations, they last for years to come and you can use them in different ways every year! I also added a little live greenery to my Christmas Galvanized Pail to bring that amazing fresh tree scent to our bedroom. Finally a little pop of farmhouse charm to our bed with some Red Ticking Stripe Shams and a beautiful Red Cable Throw.
Let’s check out our front porch next. My honest review of Piper Classics faux greenery is a 10. I was so impressed with the quality of not only the garland, but the wreaths and trees as well! It truly exceeded my expectations, and I know it will be something that we can count on using for years. We decided to string some large bulb white lights in it this year, and I am loving the feel it gives to the front of our home. The bigger bulbs add a little bit of whimsy to the minimal decor we have this year. I really wanted to keep the porch neutral and simple this year, and I think we accomplished that. The runner adds the perfect touch of color to our table, and you can never go wrong with a pitcher full of fresh greens!
And finally over in the dining room I used another small galvanized tin from my set of three to add some whimsy to my simple coffee bar. Everything on my coffee bar are things I gathered after a quick roam around my house. One little new item gave it just the perfect touch!
For the dining table I brought in the matching napkins in order to make things more cohesive throughout my spaces
Probably my favorite touch in our dining room are the taper candle rings to my candle holder.
And what is Christmas without jingle bells? I draped a row of bell garland around our cup rack for the perfect Christmas touch!
Holiday decorating should be a fun experience, don’t let it stress you out. Remember add a few new quality pieces each year, over time. Gathering your decor should be a process, not something that needs to be done in one year. Piper Classics is a great place to start! Their products are excellent quality and will last you through the years.
